Focus on our Team-Part 2
PART 2 of FOCUS ON THE TEAM, highlighting Smile Sarasota front office staff.
The dental office visit starts at the front door when our team greets you, and it is our job to make that start is a positive one and a pleasurable experience. Our dental front office is most often the first impression of your dental practice. It is their job to make sure our patients’ scheduling and financial needs as well as the needs of Dr. Still and our back office staff are taken care of. This creates a pleasant environment that invites our patients to keep coming back for their future dental care. If you take the time observe the three ladies at our front desk, this is probably what you will see: answering phones, making appointments, posting insurance payments, greeting patients, scanning charts, filing insurance claims, checking insurance benefits, checking out patients, recording probing depths for both of our hygienists, vacuuming the lobby, cleaning the bathroom, fixing computers, shredding unneeded documents, running reports, calling past due patients for re-care and delayed treatment, holding a patients’ baby while they were getting their x-rays, and…they are all SMILING! They help make your visit to Smile Sarasota a pleasurable experience and they always aim to exceed your expectations. Here is some background on the three wonderful ladies who are part of the glue that holds our office together:
